What is Strong
Nation?

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. If a class setting is out of your comfort zone, we also offer STRONG Nation personal coaching, a personal training session with a unique twist.

Who is it for?

STRONG Nation is for anyone who wants to add something powerful to their fitness regime. With options to modify or progress moves, every class is made suitable for people across a spectrum of fitness levels and abilities.

How long does it take to learn?

Usually, by the second or third class you’ll start to remember the sequence of movements we’re using. To allow participants to see progression in their performance, a typical set of classes will maintain and build upon a single core routine a 6 weeks period.
