Bookings and Refunds:
1.1 Unless explicitly specified, any single class from a discount/group booking are non-refundable and non-exchangeable to another class, date or time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1.2 In the event of a cancellation by Nerth Growth Fitness & Health, you will be entitled to a refund or a rescheduled session at our discretion.
1.3 No refunds will be granted for missed sessions or late arrivals.
Price and Service Modifications:
2.1 Prices and services offered by Nerth Growth Fitness & Health are subject to change at any time and at our sole discretion.
2.2 Changes to prices and services will be communicated through our official channels and platforms, and it is your responsibility to stay updated.
